My Hack keeps turning back on when I click sleep (It turns on but the monitors do not. I just see that the PC is on).

I am going to include my troubleshooting steps and config.plist
(By the way, if anyone spots any boot flags I don't need please let me know. I just don't know about some of these.)

1. Output of terminal command: "log show --style syslog | fgrep "Wake reason""
2019-01-15 20:04:53.863131-0600 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: GLAN XHC

2. Output of terminal command: "pmset -g log"

Patricks-iMac:~ patrickvest$

Any help you can offer will be appreciated. Also moving my mouse will not wake the displays (after the PC wakes itself from sleep). Only pressing a key on the keyboard will. Both the mouse and keyboard are Logitech Unifying Devices on the same dongle. You can see my build in my Bio for more info. Thanks!
