Will my build work?

Hey guys,
I'm about to build my first Hackintosh and I need some advice from you professionals. :) I have no experience in building a Hackintosh or any PC at all, so I need your help to tell me, if those components are compatible with each other and with OS X at the same time. If not, do you have any replacement ideas within the same price range? Or, if there's something cheaper which would suit my needs better, I would love that kind of advice also.
The build should provide everyday use and occasionally some games (reason why I want a graphics card in there), also I want to move my iTunes movie library in there so I need at least 1,5TB for that. I would like to keep the cost roughly under $700.
Parts I chose are:

- Motherboard: ASRock B360M Pro4

- CPU: Intel Core I3-8100

- RAM: G.Skill RipjawsV 8Gb (2x4GB) DDR4 2400MHz

- SSD: Kingston Now A400 - 240GB

- HDD: Seagate BarraCuda - 2TB

- Case: BITFENIX Comrade

- PCU: Dunno, can you give me a tip? :)

Thanks guys!
