will a Lite-on SATA M2 format allow macOS to install?

i have someone that try to give me this ssd, but i really dont know if will be need extra drivers to macOS to recognise the disk.

as i understand this is made OEM for HP desktops and laptops.

have anyone use or have an opinion of this ssd

No, SATA drives should not need extra support or drivers.
