Make sure bluetooth is enabled in BIOS and "fast boot" is disabled (per guide).

Post ioreg as ZIP: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

Also, post EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (press F4 at main Clover screen before collecting). Please eliminate 'themes' directory, especially if you have an overabundance of themes installed.

Also post output of:
Code:
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

I've attached what you requested.
Though with the BIOS settings, I was unable to find any settings relating to bluetooth even though the module is physically present.

Remove: bcm20702a0_injector.kext (not part of the Probook Installer...)

There is no bluetooth on the USB bus. Likely a BIOS setting issue ("fast boot" incorrectly enabled).

I've removed the kext, and tried it with fastboot on and off.
Could there be a possible chance of something physically wrong with my bluetooth adapter?:cry:

The only valid setting is "fast boot" off.

You should test your bluetooth adapter on Windows to insure the hardware is working.

I have the same WiFi card as you have (BCM943224HMS) and can use Bluetooth without any issues.

How do you have Bluetooth?

The answer is in the post you quoted.
I provide the relevant sentence here... for your convenience:
The EliteBook 2570p has a separate bluetooth card and so a combo card is not needed.
