what are the supported wifi card so can replace mine and also i want to update to el capitan..i try it once.but i have a lot of problems.usb2.0 not working web camera on my laptop and also the intelbacklight.kext.before its working yosemite..but now in el capitan is not working.

IntelBacklight.kext works on 10.11 just as on 10.10.
