Wi-Fi (and Bluetooth) cards for laptops with Mac OS / OS X

Hello everyone,
i have HP probook 4540s with mavericks 10.9.4 and Atheros AR5B97 (wi-fi is working OOB), can i enable bluetooth on this card?

And can someone recommend me wi-fi (with bluetooth 4.0) card that works OOB for same laptop?

AFAIK the AR5B97 does not have BT.

Any cards that have dual band 5Ghz support AND Bluetooth, whitelisted for a ProBook 4530?

Also... is there an adapter to use them on a desktop so I don't need a USB Bluetooth adapter? Whitelisting shouldn't be a problem on desktop. LOL!
