Can you use these for data drives (not OS)? When I plug mine in they are not seen, unlike the blue ones. Others seem to get them to work...

Of these kexts only the Realtek is installed in /System/Library/Extensions. All of the others are in /Extra/Extensions. This makes for a very clean install.
