While Big Sur upgrade clover only showing Windows 10

How can I move over to OC in this situation where I’m right now?

create an opencore usb stick to be able to boot from, you can use macOS or windows to create an installer

I was able to continue with the OC, I had to do a lot of reading and prepared installer in Windows and finally I booted from the usb and continued with the install OS X option and completed from where I got stuck. Once I booted in the BigSur I copied the OC EFI Folder to EFI Partition. Everything is working now as it should be. Thanks Feartech
