Which OS?

Can anyone tell me the latest version of the OS I can run on this HTosh? This is the message I get:

"This version of macOS 10.13.3 cannot be installed on this computer."

System Description: "Mac Pro (Early 2008)". I'm running 10.10.2

Also, I'd like to get to 10.13.3 with my current hardware configuration if that's possible. If it isn't, what do I need to change?
