Which iBoot i need with my Setup.

Mainboard : Gigabyte H67M-UD2H-B3
CPU: Intel i5-2500K
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX570
12 GB Ram (for install i use only 4 GB)
Cursair 64 GB SSD

You may have a problem with your graphics card since the GTX570 is not supported under Snow Leopard. Even if you are able to install Snow Leopard you may not be able to change the display resolution.

Well then just use UniBeast to install Lion. You can leave all 12GB RAM installed in this case.

i have try it with unibeast it says me ever at boot boot1 error...
maybe its the usb stick?

Looks like the bootloader is not installed on your boot media - either the USB drive or if you are attempting to boot from the hard drive after installation. Check that you created the Unibeast stick correctly. If this is happening after OSX install, be sure to run Multibeast with at least the EasyBeast option.

i have make the stick 4 times, i dont can install it, when i boot forum usb stick there comes the error.
