Which BIOS version should I install? GA-Z97-D3H

Hello guys,
I have a question:
Wich Bios version is the "best" for my Matherboard
Motherboard: GA-Z97-D3H

I want to update my Bios becaus I had in the past many problems with my Hackibntosh. I am running Bios Versin F4 right now. Plles help me...

Hi...I am running the beta version of F8 (F8f) without one problem (Yosemite 10.3/Clover)
F8 is out right now. see here : http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4961#bios

Had problems with F7 and Mavericks (random freezes) after installing
F8f Bios freezing was dropped by 90%.but still had some. But i wanted a reliable system.

So...went the clover way with yosemite 10.10.3

While I use the intel HD4600 graphics I chose the HD4600 desktop config and it seems everything is OK now. No bootflags needed ! (Almost unbelievable)

3 weeks without any freeze , full graphics acceleration,ethernet, and working sleep I think i can say i have a stable system. I do use a usb soundcard, think it is still difficult to get the 1150 to work, even in Yosemite.
Only thing i did not try is FaceTime...I don't use it.

And follow the bios settings anyone is advising !

VT-d disabled
XHCI Mode Auto
XHCI Hand Off Enabled
EHCI Hand Off Enabled
