I've read that cards with Dual DVI ports are more compatible with Snow Leopard. If so, which one? Or maybe the 9400 GT is powerful enough for my needs (web browsing, watching HD online video/netflix)? If so, which?

Thanks in advance!

I'd go with the $50 sparkle card if you don't intend to do anything that really involves 3D. It's passively cooled, so in other words, no fan noise which is a good thing.
It also has 128-bit memory which is a bit better than the basic 9400 cards which only has 64-bit memory.
This is $5 cheaper, has the bonus of an HDMI port and would do the same job http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814134092
You really don't need 1GB of memory and on cheap cards you usually get slower memory if there's more of it.
