Whenever I use siri while using my Beats solo 3 siris voice doesnt go through my headphones

Whenever I use siri while using my Beats solo 3 siris voice doesnt go through my headphones or anything, and when I hold the middle headphones button siri pops up and says siri audio problem. She works using my laptop speakers. And my head phones work for anything else like itunes etc.
