I had this problem when I manually installed the 10.8.1 nvidia drivers from the nvidia site on to my 10.8.2 system. I ended up doing a full time machine restore back to 10.8.1.

I see I kinda did both so now the CUDA pane in preferences how can I uninstall so I can just install the pkg?
