Whats Mean MSR 0xE2 locked??

Hi, I want to asking for boot log on macOS Sierra 10.12.5 with UEFI Clover..
I found "MSR0xE2 locked, patches will be turned on"

MSR 0xE2 is quite typically locked by PC OEMs... aka "CFG lock".
In your case (Ivy hardware in your profile), AsusAICPUPM=true takes care of the problem by patching AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext.
 
Can I patch manually on my DSDT without checked AsusAICPUPM=True?

It is not an ACPI issue. Issue is locked MSR 0xE2 due to BIOS initialization (it is a write-once lock, not possible to unlock).
Avoiding locked MSR 0xE2 requires patched/hacked BIOS.

Rehabman if there is an option do disable CFG Lock in the bios is it advisable to disable it?
