Having Apple Tv+ working and Safari DRM not working doesn't make sense, weird.

Do you have iMessage and FaceTime working?

Fix permissions and cache, maybe something is not right there.

Something i just noticed with that last SSDT (or maybe the kext) I no longer have an option for HDR in display settings.

You need UHD color enabled in your tv (HDR).
