Build a Hackintosh
Apple could remove the restriction in their EULA of only installing macOS on Apple branded hardware. The number of macOS users would skyrocket and it would finally compete with Windows for the install base of the software. People who buy Macs would still continue to do that. They could specify specific motherboards and CPUs they support and let you build your own. We already know that this works and millions are doing this anyway.
