What macOS version should i use?

Replace your current OpenCore EFI folder with the one attached. This is a copy of my main Hack's EFI folder using OC 0.7.1, but with some minor amendments to take in to account your setup.

You need to add the MLB, ROM, Serial Number and SystemUUID to the config.plist for it to work for your system.

See if this gets you booting Big Sur.

I've replaced EFI and used iMac14,4 for MLB, ROM, SerialNumber and SystemUUID.
But it stuck while booting on apple logo.
I'm waiting about 1 hour but it stays here.
