The GA-Z87MX-D3H in my profile. Was using it daily until January, then a complicated move left it stranded. I hope to still use it but will depend on the confluence of outside events.
Figured I'd check on this, and wow, it's getting close to ten years that this thing is in use, most of it daily. Actually about eight and a half years, but close enough for govt work.

As hackintoshes go my oldest one still in use is my Asus Z270 Prime A running High Sierra. It’s still a very nippy little machine.

Gigabyte ga-b75m-hd3 + xeon e3-1220 v2 + geforce gt710 + 2x8gb ddr3 1600 + ssd 1tb running Mojave.

I have it for 10 years and only updated a g210 for a gt710. I have installed Mavericks, Yosemite, El capitan, Sierra and Mojave. I've never had a problem everything works ootb, I use it with clover and it also supports BigSur but I love Mojave and it's all I need for my work. Greetings.

I still use my "old reliable" Z68 Gigabyte motherboard. Very first hackintosh for me.

Same story here! Same board running a 2600K - it’s my Plex server now

Main machine is a 10980XE on an ASUS X299 Sage/10G

My oldest hack in use was my first one.
Asus X79 Rampage IV Extreme
Intel E-1650 6-Core Ivy Bridge-E
NVIDIA Geforce 780
32GB 1600MHz DDR-3
SAMSUNG SM-951

It caught fire last year and after a new power supply and case, its running with El Capitan as strong as ever. Still in use for video production, still attempting to put Thunderbolt II on it. ;)

I am still using a X58 hack with 6GB of RAM every now and then. Mountain Lion or Snow Leopard boot drives.

Mine is my first machine, ASUS P7P55D-E-Pro, which had snow leopard on it using rboot (iboot gave me problems I seem to recall), and this was in 2010 I believe. Currently sits happily on Mojave as my crushftp and Plex server, chock full of drives. Would love to update it - haven’t had the time to do the reading on opencore yet (and I should do my main machine first, that’s still on Catalina.)

I did have a GA-H61M-USB3-B3, which would still be in use had I not had a slow pipe leak on it without knowing for a couple of days. Good to see someone’s still got one ticking along.

Skylake 6700K on z170 MSI Gaming 7. Only 4 cores, but still is a champion.
