Add a http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005OK6VJU/?tag=tonymacx86-21 for you boot drive and you will be OK. WD green drives are notorious for problems installing chameleon/chimera bootloader and are poor boot drives. Use for storage only.
If you plan to use HD4000, PSU is overkill - reduce to 400W-500W. You could go as low as 300W, but the 400W-500W gives you some head room for future GPU and additional HDDs.
