What config settings for i5 9400f CPU?

I don't understand what problems you are experiencing...

My problem is when I wake up from sleep sometimes I have:
- Laggy
- In the display when viewing the video there are pink / purple lines
- and Shadow retention

Might be the monitor cable you are using. Check you console logs to see if you are getting HDCP errors.

Try to avoid using HDMI if possible. macOS just doesn't seem to work well with HDMI. Use DisplayPort whenever possible.

Regarding the cable it is not possible to try another because I only have 1 HDMI cable.

In console I did not find HDCP errors but much coreauiod error report.

Try not using WhateverGreen and see if it helps.

Try remove WhateverGreen but I got purple Line on boot. And still same Shadow retention still there.

That's nothing. It's just cosmetic. It doesn't affect operation in macOS at all.
