What Are Your Thoughts on a Larger Screen Phone?

I know that nothing is officially confirmed yet, but what are everyone's thoughts on a bigger screen sized phone? I as well as many people really like the size of the iPhone and thought the "giant" androids were ridiculous when they first started coming out. Now they are extremly common, although the screens are nice I still don't know if I would want something that big in my pocket. Anyone who has switched from iPhone to a 4-6" phone that would like to share there thoughts? Current iPhone users what are your thoughts?

When I was getting my OnePlus One, I knew it was a larger phone. I got it and yeah, it was sort of big but I didn't really mind it. The other day I took out my old phones (Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 4) and I was shocked as to how small I found them. I adjusted so well to the 5.5 inch screen of the OPO that anything smaller seemed like a joke.
