What are my chances with a 5820k, an MSI X99 and an MSI 980Ti?

Hi all,

I've been a Mac user for most of my life but last summer I wanted something with a bit more power for 3D modelling than Apple were offering so I built a Windows 10 machine. It's been going fine but there are so many little things that I miss from Mac OS X that I'm tempted to have a go at loading OS X on it. I have a little experience as I got OS X working on a few netbooks about seven years ago but haven't tried anything since.

My machine:
Intel - Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core (currently overclocked to 4.3GHz)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H110i GTX AIO
Motherboard: MSI X99A SLI Krait Edition
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2666
Storage: 2x SanDisk SSD Plus 240Gb, 2x Seagate Barracuda 3TB HDD and a WD Blue 4TB HDD
PSU: Corsair RMx 650W 80+ Gold Certified

My questions are:
1) Do those parts look likely to be compatible with Mac OS Sierra?
2) Can I dual boot it so that I can keep my existing Windows install or would I be better off wiping the machine and starting over?
3) Is the motherboard's ethernet port likely to work? (The machine is always physically wired to my network so it has no wireless card in it)
