The Samsung Evo Plus NVMe drives are not a good choice for your hackintosh. They simply don't work. The Evo drives (non-plus) are still available but they cost 45 dollars more than these WD Black drives do. The read/write speeds and TBW of the Evo are also lower than for the SN750. At this price it looks like the SN750 is the best deal going right now. If you work with 4K video this or a drive like it is a must have. You can also get it with a WD heatsink for 15 dollars more. Why are PCIe NVMe SSDs so much faster than SATA/AHCI SSDs ?

See the Crystal Disk Mark tests for the older WD Black NVMe. The newer SN750 should perform even better.

Yes you can use it. Your motherboard is Z390 so it's supported.
