The iPad 10 really isn't even a redesign other than moving the webcam to one side instead of keeping it at the top. It's a rehashed iPad Air 4 with a few limitations compared to that tablet. Same A14 chip, same display except that it's not laminated like the Air 4 is. It might make more sense to buy the Air 4 for less $$ and the ability to use the AP 2.
Now the 10th-generation iPad’s most discussed feature is its USB-C port that requires an adapter to charge the 1st-generation Apple Pencil which that iPad only supports.
