weird issue when using 144hz

SO I have a 144hz 1440p display, however if I use 144hz I get these very occasionally lines that go across screen I'm wondering if anyone else this odd issue.

Also when I use 120hz its gone. I've been trying to figure this out for months now anyone encounter a fix for this.
