Weather Widget missing from notification center in El Capitan

solved: go to /system/library/coreservices , find weather and right click OPEN, after that both stocks and weather widgets appeared in the notification center in my machine.
At the time of solution I had disabled SIP with 0x77 in clover csrActiveConfig.

Thanks for that... had tried a couple of solutions to no avail but this worked easy!!!

I don't have a systems folder in my hack of el capitan, it shows applications, efi-backups, library, and users, button system. If I go to the Yosemite disk I do see a system folder there.

On some builds it is a hidden folder, use ShowAllFiles or something similar.
