Great news! Instead of following the liveblogs, we can all watch today's Apple event live as it happens! Unlike events past, Apple is providing a live feed to any Mac, iOS device, and Apple TV. We'll be following this event closely for news on the rumored iPad mini, 13" Retina MacBook Pro, and Ivy Bridge versions of the iMac, and Mac Mini. Enjoy the show!

Are you sure it works on iPhone?
 
If I'm not mistaken, the last time they live streamed an event live was September 2010 for the iPod/Ping event.
 
I'm sure in the past they stopped streaming because of bandwidth getting maxed out, but now with their new data center(s), they can push out tons of feeds... Wound't be surprised to find iTunes content slowing down during the event, though.
