System described at left. Was using Gigabyte's BIOS firmware version F4. "Upgraded" to F20, but booting stops at Apple logo (no progress bar) and then restarts, repeats forever. Tried to re-flash to F4, but F20 sends up error message that regressing the firmware version is prohibited. Completely killed my computer. Writing this on my backup.

Here is the error message in the F20 BIOS when attempting to Q-Flash back to F4:

The Gigabyte official site notices that this BIOS prohibits updating to earlier version BIOS.

Try the solutions from the PSA: Gigabyte F20B BIOS changes topic

You could try reverting back to original BIOS by making a USB DOS Bootable drive. You will need to extract the ROM file.

OK, thanks, but how do I enable "APIC patch" and "KernelPM" in Clover Configurator if the OS won't boot? Also my Unibeast 7.0.1 Flash drive USB won't boot either. Same continuous reboot as with the SSDs.

Yes it does. You can also use a EPROM Programmer to re-program the chip or a Raspberry Pi using the GPIO pins.
