Ok, ran the code and got what you posted
It shows that apfs.efi is still installed to the EFI partition. If you've installed ApfsSupport + AptioFix you should see 'APFS Driver Loaded' without it being located in 'drivers64uefi'
so we no longer have to manually update apfs.efi for each MacOS update?
We'd no longer have to install it at all, the startup driver loads it from APFS itself.
And finally, does the apfs.efi continue to reside in standalone/i386?
Yes it doesn't change.

I noticed that there is an update, ApfsDriverLoader v1.3.2, would you recommend replacing v1.19 with v.1.3.2?

apfs driver loader and the new memfix are both fairly new projects with semi regular updates. don't be surprised to see them updated more often than clover is. Whether you want to keep them with cutting edge updates, or just update them when clover does is probably up to you. they seem to be future direction of hackintoshing though. days of copying apfs.efi with point updates seem to be over. one less step to worry about. The "just works" mentality is superior.

I am little confused about updates (Aptio and ApfsDriver) not having "-64" as part of the name. Any idea as to why?

Just updated it, thanks. Up to you really, still works here.
An observation, I installed both updates, AptioMemoryFix.efi and ApfsDriverLoader.efi. After the machine went to sleep and upon waking, the machine did "wake" but to black screen. I did a reset and the machine restarted on its own, twice and then arrived at the desktop. Any thoughts on this? I have replaced the these two drivers with the previous releases, AptioMemoryFix-64.efi and ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi since those were the only changes that I made to the system.

So apfs.efi is not needed on the EFI partition. AFAIK ApfsDriverLoader only works with recent AptioMemoryFix.efi so you'll want that as well before removing apfs.efi and AptioFixDrv*.efi. You can check if its working:
Code:
bdmesg | grep -i apfs
output:

Thanks Vulgo, ApfsDriverLoader is fantastic. Nice job.
