Comments

This build is intended both for daily use and work (audio, photo and video editing) under macOS, but also for gaming. Clover bootloader is installed with macOS in the main storage device, the Sabrent NVMe SSD. Windows is installed in the small SATA SSD while the HDD used to store games.

It has been a challenge to fit each component inside. For example, it's not officially possible and there isn't any guide online to mount a 3.5 inch HD if a radiator is installed in the front; but I did it! I spent hours in order to get each and everything working and to hide any cable (as far as possible). The result is a very compact, elegant but heavy build that sometimes I can even carry outside home.

I'm not going to post each BIOS or Clover settings since I don't think that what I used is the best option. I made it copying from other builds made with my motherboard, searching online and by using some knowledge but I'm not an expert.
Take this build just as an inspiration if you want to see what you can build using this very particular computer case and/or for component compatibility.

What works
  • almost everything (including Handoff and Continuity)

What does NOT work
  • Bluetooth connections with other devices (trackpad, headphones, etc)

Kexts I'm Currently Using
  • VirtualSMC (w/ SMCProcessor and SMCSuperIO)
  • Lilu (w/ AppleALC and WhateverGreen)
  • USBInjectAll (w/ custom SSDT)
  • IntelMausi
  • BrcmPatchRAM3 (w/ BrcmBluetoothInjector and BrcmFirmwareData)

Hey. May I have a copy of your EFI.
Thanks~

Hello, my configuration is basically the same as you, but I have not been successful, my BIOS version is v2603. Can you give me your EFI, thank you.
