Here’s a thread using the same CPU.
It’s a start, it may lead to other avenues.
Clover is probably what t out will need to get it working.
Boot arg. npci=0x2000
Clover Binaries set Haswell E
Also use tcsynch kext. (Found in downloads section).

Hi, I'm interested too. Did you manage to install Mavericks with the E5 2678 V3? With Opencore, Dortania talks about El Capitan being the oldest Macos to be supported!

I can't install Big-Sur with Clover I think this week I'll try through opencore
