Wacom tablet and USB ports

Hello!
Succeeded with ML 10.8.2 and ASUS P8Z77-V PREMIUM. There are two open issues:
1. P8Z77-V has six 8 or 9 USB ports, but only 3 of them are working fine. Is that USB 3.0 issue?
2. Wired Wacom tablet would not recognized and do not work, even via working USB. Which things should I check?

Have you tried enabling your HD4000 Graphics Acceleration and use the HDMI. I'm in a rut right now because I can't get my HD4000 to be enabled with Graphics Acceleration. We are few using this board, most successful installs are using Gigabyte boards and I want to prove that not only Gigabyte boards can work with HD4000. If you have tried and it worked, can you tell me what you did? Thanks
