W540 has problem after waking up!!

I think it isn't caused by blacklight control or power managerment because I have followed your guide correctly, probably the internal connector. My internal connector is DP, my resolutions is 3k (2880x1620)
I used hot patch to disable discrete GPU, map Fn keys functions, plugin type= true, USB ports, Audio,...everything works fine except wake after sleep, the screen is completely black
Sleep works as well ( Fan stops, USB port turn off, power button led starting blink).
When I pressed power button one more time, everything started running (fan, audio work perfectly,..) but the screen still went off!!
I have tried all of Haswell Ig-platform and almost got black screen, flickering, screen flash only 0x0d220003 works perfectly, I don't know why??
When I closed lid and open immediately the screen started flash and didn't show anything although the rest works very well
please help me enjoying my Hackintosh

yes, I do, but I could not find any solutions for me to solve this problem.
I have encountered similar cases but only exclusively on the Thinkpad Haswell workstation laptop
Frequent questions don't help me much though
