OK, VoodooI2C is loaded now. Though it doesn't appear in the kernel log...
Were the debug archive and the IOReg collected at the same time?
You can make gen_debug collect IOReg too, once you give Terminal accessibility access.

Give VoodooI2CHID a try instead of VoodooI2CSynaptics. Once you get HID working, switch to Synaptics (If you won't already have multitouch functioning)

Install VoodooPS2 to have a functional keyboard.

Do you have battery status working correctly?

You removed VoodooPS2Controller. VoodooI2CSynaptics is still installed.
That's off-topic in this thread, anyway.

To make the PrefPane appear you need battery status working.

Seems like it's a panic in the sensor code. Until it's fixed, if it's not really useful for you, you can disable your sensor device by disabling the matching USB port (HS04).

You may open a new GitHub issue in the VoodooI2C repo, including a description of the problem, a troubleshooting archive and the panic log (with keepsyms=1) :)

Ok I will do it. Thanks @ben9923

Thanks.
Now battery indicator works.
Touchpad visible in PrefPlane.
But Show Launchpad and Show Desktop doesn’t work and three fingers gestures works with three fingers and four fingers.
For example, mission control works with three and four fingers with swipe up, although in seatings indicated three fingers.
