Thanks Gino!! at last, I was able to do what I wasn't able to do with my Mark I. especially with the cable management.
I really like the red black combination, maybe next time I mod I will go for white or all black.
I will be waiting for your mod also bro! :D Keep us posted!

Mine is going really slow..

I did add the front panel and cut the midplate with dremel and now at the stage of cutting the fan/rad plate to the front.. Still have lot more to do.. Will keep you posted :thumbup:

Dont think it will be as neat as yours though...

thanks man! i was really eager to finish my G5 and really took time with the cabling as I really want it neat as much as I can.

my friends are teasing me that it will be finished again...next year(2017) XD glad that I am done 95%. 5% is the logo I will put this weekend :D

for those who wants to make window panel for their G5. here is a measurement done by my colleague.
i did the cutting... if you are really decided to do it. prepare for the pain! XD it's 3mm thick aluminum and it's not easy to cut unless you have the right tools.

finally osx el capitan working :D using iMac 14,1. if i can remember i can use 14,2 also but i changed the about this mac info to show Power Mac G5 (Early 2016) XD
installed steam and origin and noticed out of 25 games i can play 10 games :D not bad not bad heheh!

What tools did you use to create the window panel?

Hi sorry for the late answer. I used a jigsaw and filers to cut and correct the corners. I then used clear epoxy to glue the tempered glass. I also used a magnet to secure the window panel.
