Wow, you've got the exact same CPU as I have. Hmm, even though I'm fine with the 32-bit at the moment, I'm over-curious to find out what I'm doing wrong. o_O

Will check everything again and see if I can get to the bottom of this, I'm sure it must be something simple, but my stupid mind can't see it right now.

Are you sure your Win 7 install is 64bit?
If you downloaded it using a 32 bit os, you would only get the 32 bit version (kinda silly) even if your system can handle the 64bit version.

I think the 32 iso is about 2.3gb and the 64 iso is just over 3gb.

But if you got the disc, it should just default to 64.

Yes, it's a disc so I'm quite positive it's 64-bit installation. I also checked and modified all kinds of settings, both on the virtual machine and in BIOS, it just doesn't want to work. lol

Oh well, I get by with the 32-bit one, so no worries.

My 64-bit virtual machine just started working now all of a sudden. lol

I'm not sure what I did.

All I remember doing was re-running the Disk Utility to repair disk permissions and the Kext Wizard to rebuild kext cache.
Could that be a factor? Anyways, I think we can mark this one solved now I think.

Thank you all for your help.
