(NEW) Update - 06/28/2011
Video demonstration of how I was able to install a retail purchase of Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6 and update to version 10.6.8 on an ASUS P7P55D. I used iBoot 3.1.0 for the boot loader and MultiBeast 3.7.3 in order to patch the installation.
Graphics - The update will replace your NVIDIA drivers. If you're using a NVIDIA 4xx "Fermi" card, you will have to update to the latest official drivers BEFORE rebooting.
Download the latest QUADRO driver update here:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/quadro-macosx-256.02.25f01-driver.html
I installed an ASUS ENGTX470 graphics card using the Official NVIDIA Quadro 4000 driver pkg version Retail_256.02.25f1v1.
This is my final video on Mac OS X Snow Leopard installations which prepares OS X for the next major release dubbed "Lion".
This video demonstration is tailored specifically to installing on my ASUS P7P55D, however it may act as a guide for anyone installing a retail purchase of Mac OS X Snow Leopard on any of the P7P55D series motherboards.
I have included ONLY the essential steps and installation choices to get OS X Snow Leopard running.
Thanks and Enjoy!!!

(OLD) Update - 01/17/2011
I've uploaded a new video installation demonstration using iBoot 2.6, MultiBeast 3.0.3, and the NVIDIA Quadro 256 driver pkg to install an ASUS ENGTX470 on my ASUS P7P55D.
If you plan on using this video as a guide, make sure you have read http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9541 before you attempt this.

NOTE: Disregard when I install Graphics / NVEnabler as this option is not necessary for my graphics card acceleration.
Thanks and Enjoy!

Howdy:
I've added another video installation guide for OS X. The flow starts with a brief intro, followed by installing 10.6, installing combo update 10.6.4, and patching the install with MultiBeast as well as a few other functions like sleep and usb (in case that the usb kext in MultiBeast doesn't give you full support which version 2.1.0 didn't for some reason, for example my usb keyboard worked but my web cam didn't work correctly. Unfortunately, MultiBeast 2.1.1 was released the same day that I finished recording this and I think it provides better overall support).
This guide should be pretty simple to follow. The most important tip is to make sure that your video card is known to work with OS X if you plan on installing it on your PC. This is one of the biggest problems people run into.
The 10.6 - 10.6.3 guide is still up for those that wish to stick with 10.6.3, however I suggest that if you plan on using one of the newer compatible video cards out on the market that you install up to 10.6.4. Especially if you plan on doing any type of gaming!
Thanks again for the continued support from all contributors and good luck!

Greetings!
Since there is already an excellent video guide on the forum for installing on a Gigabyte P55, I put together a video guide showing how to install OSX on an ASUS P7P55D board for all the ASUS people out there.
The flow is set so that you can see how to use iBoot and MultiBeast to install 10.6.0 and update to 10.6.3 and finally how you can also dual boot with Chameleon; what works, what doesn't work, and what does get fixed.
It's a little rough around edges but it should definitely help anyone with a PC running an ASUS P55 board!!!
I wasn't aware that youtube has 10 minute limits on clips so that is why some of the steps are divided into two parts; this was the first time that I uploaded videos to youtube.
