I have a fully functional sandy Bridge install running Lion 10.7.2. My current Video Card is the ATI Batmobile hd 5770. If I want to upgrade my video card say to a ATI 6870, would I have to start again from scratch with the whole install process, or could I change out the card and run Multibeast for Lion?. Or what steps would I have to take?

I would hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Be backed up have a spare partition with your current setup on it. You can plug in the new card and experiment on the backup to your heart's content. If it all goes wrong, put your old card back in and boot your old installation. That said, I would plug in the new card and see if a trip through MultiBeast will get it going. I don't see why you would have to do a complete re-install. There may be some editing of your boot.plist file needed, but MultiBeast will probably handle that with you deleting the old stuff.

 what are you on about?

scott, itll be a simple case of fitting the new card and booting in
