Video Card Manufacturer

I am planning a build for a new hackintosh and I was wondering if the manufacturer of the video card made any difference for compatibility. I have a EVGA GTX 560 Ti that I would like to use in the build and the GTX 560 Ti listed as supported here http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/search/label/CustoMac is made by MSI. Does it make any difference?

No it doesn't make any difference. You can use the EVGA in your system.
