With Hazwell builds, it is extremely important to have memory (model number) that is on the Z97M-D3H Memory Support List (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4970#dl) and the PSU is clearly rated Haswell "ready" or "certified."

While I can't tell if your memory is supported as you didn't give the G.Skill memory model number, I can tell you that your PSU is not Haswell rated (http://www.corsair.com/en-us/blog/2013/may/haswell-compatibility-with-corsair-power-supplies). This means that your PSU may shut down your system when your Haswell processor drops to it's low idle power which the PSU will interpret as the processor has shut down.

The tonymacx86 Buyer's Guide has a list of recommended memory and PSUs. (Link at the top of this page.)
