VGA no signal on Mojave - Intel HD 530 - Dell Optiplex 3046

• i3 6100 - HD 530 - No option in bios to set DVMT.
• Worked on sierra with below patch and platform-id 1912000

• Tried on mojave with WEG & Lilu wit paltfrom id 1912000 -> Gets black screen no signal -> Checked from remote desktop theres full accelaration.
• Tried Board id check bypass patch on AGDP and GFX0-IGPU and HECI-IMEI still no display
• Gets KP when using platform-id 193B0005
• Also Tried Framebuffer patching to set 19Mb FB and 9Mb cursor bytes - still no luck.

Attaching the config which gives me no-signal on VGA but full acceleration when looked via remote desktop.
