Hi everyone, I use a hackintosh with High Sierra for photographic postproduction and currently I have an nVidia Quadro P620, Photoshop is no longer updatable on this OS. I would like to change VGA and switch to AMD to upgrade to Big Sur. Could you tell me if the Amd Radeon Pro WX3100 is compatible? I have an EIZO CS2420 which manages 10-bit channel. Thanks a lot

No the AMD WX3100 is not compatible with macOS.

The WX3100 and WX2100 are not supported in any version of macOS as they use the Lexa chip.

The WX4100, WX5100, WX7100 & WX9100 cards are fully supported in macOS Big Sur.

sorry but are there any other newer compatible models? because I looked for the wx4100 but new is nowhere to be found, and the other vga are out of budget. thanks

Don't know what your budget is limited to but this is a great price for a 580 in the current market. The average price today is $600+

If your budget is less than $250 then get one of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WHF289F/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

ok, I had only looked for the wx 5100 and above... so the RX 580 manages 10-bit channel, actually even on Amazon Italy it is at good prices

thanks!
