Very Slow Load Time

I'm facing an issue with the booting speed of the loader for High Sierra. Initially, I've installed the macOS with MultiBeast 10.4.0, and everything worked just perfect! However, after one of the macOS security patches was installed, the Clover started loading about 2-3 minutes (note that the macOS itself loads in seconds). What could be the cause of this issue?

Here is my PC configuration:
Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H
Intel Core i5-4570 Haswell
Intel SSD SC2BW120A40
Corsair CML8GX3M2A1600C9

And the MultiBeast settings:

Edit your config.plist with clover configurator:

- Go to section BOOT
- make sure debug is OFF (not selected)
- Save config.plist
