Very low brightness after installing graphics card Sapphire Radeon RX 580 8GB PULSE (11265-05-20G)

Hello everyone! I have my first hackintosh PC:
Motherboard : Asus PRIME Z390M-PLUS
CPU: i3-9100
GPU: Intel UHD 630 + Radeon RX 580
WI-FI: Broadcom BCM943602CS
OS: Catalina 10.15.6

Everething worked correctly until when I bought new graphic card Sapphire Radeon RX 580 8GB PULSE (11265-05-20G) and installed it.

All previous functions work correctly, but now i have problem with display brightness (or color profile because display is too dark). It's very low brightness when I connect display to new graphic card via HDMI cable. Brightness correct if i connect display to CPU graphics card.

I see this problem only on MacOS. There are no problem with brightness before MacOS loaded (when Clover bootloader or Apple icon with loading Indicator visible). I have installed Windows 10 on this system and brightness is normal too.

I attached few screenshots with problem (but they don't show the problem very well) and my EFI/Clover folder.

I didn't found similar problem on forum. I found only problems with laptops brightness but this is not the same as my problem. So I did some action to try and fix this:

I tried different HDMI cables today but the problem is still the same.

Then I tried some brightness control application, such as MonitorControl and NativeDisplayBrightness. But with maximal brightness it's very dark too.

I trid to understand this problem. And I think that it's not brightness, this is the same as "shadows" property in photo or video editing. Because "highlights" property looks normal.

I also compared my hackintosh's screen and my MacBook's screen with the same pictures (light and dark mode appearance). I attach this screens.

Are there any ways or idea how to fix it?
