I have been using LuletterSoul's EFI files to hackintosh my Dell XPS 7590 - i7, 16GB RAM, 500GB 960 EVO, 4k LCD Laptop.
After booting into hackintosh, headphone audio works fine for 30-40 secs then becomes very low (barely audible).
I have tried deleting Realtek drivers from windows partition and it helped for a day but after rebooting, the issue is back.
I have tried installing and uninstalling Realtek drivers on windows but it doesn't seem to work this time.
