Very cheap hackintosh for high Sierra

Hello, I want to build a very cheap hackintosh for high Sierra, or Sierra.
My buget is 100 dollars, I Have an core 2 duo clocked AT 3 GHz, 4 GB of ddr2 ram, a case, and a 300 W Psu. But it doesn't mean you can't make it with other components.l,this îs What i Have now.
IM from Romania. If you can, make it as low as you can. I will only play YouTube videos and surf web.

Try and find a Dell Optiplex 760 or 780 that has a working motherboard. Try https://www.olx.ro/oferte/q-dell-optiplex-760/
You can buy one without the CPU or much Ram and use what you've got instead.

You would need to buy a low profile graphics card like a GT710 1GB if you want to run Sierra.

Have you looked at the HP Elite 8300? the price of those machines are come down a lot also. They're Ivybridge machines with a Q77 Chipset which works pretty well with OS X/macOS.
