<< Solved >> verbose from nowhere

I turned on the computer, recently installed macOS Catalina 10.15.6 but a verbose screen appeared and there is no sound. Does not use config on disk or install USB at all. I formatted the disk and tried to install MacOS again and already at the beginning of the verbose screen although in the config file on USB flag -v and some other settings are NOT included. Help
