Today I tried to install macOS Ventura on my existing Monterey disk.
First, I downloaded Ventura from Software Update
and then burn the installation image to USB.
Since my Monterey was using OC 0.6.9 then I updated the OC to version 0.8.5 along with some kexts (Lilu, Whatevergreen, AppleALC, VirtualSMC and BlueToolFixup) and I use Imac19,1 as SMBios.
I open the installation from my USB disk on Monterey
After the updating process and rebooting a couple times the the Ventura is running.
Then I installed OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher for Haswell Graphics HD4600 for Metal support.
I will check the system and update the info again later....
Cheers...
