Dear all,
I swapped my Geforce 1080 for an AMD Vega 64. After some help from this wonderful community, I got it up and running on Mojave (10.14.5).

However, for some reason I can only get the resolution up to 1080p on my old Dell U2713HM monitor. The monitor supports 2560x1440 @60Hz, and it works fine when I plug in my MBP 2014 with the same HDMI-cable.

My secondary monitor (Dell U2412M) runs fine on 1920x1200.

I recon it's related to the config? Help and suggestions, anyone?

Specifications:
- i5 8600K
- ASRock z370 Gaming-ITX/ac
- Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 8GB

depends on how you make the GPU to work with your setup. anyway nothing wrong in your attached config. you just can disable the GFX0 and PEGP fixes if you are using whatevergreen

After googling, I came across an option called "RadeonDeInit" in Clover, which supposedly fix some issues and glitches. Could this help me with my problem?

I was having similar issues when I plugged in a 43" 4K TV. The system was only running at 30Hz. I used SwitchResX to select the 2560x1440 @60Hz resolution and it worked.
Thanks for your reply! :)

I tried SwitchResX earlier today. Unfortunately, it only resulted in a deformed picture on the center of the screen. For some reason it didn’t stretch out to cover all of the screen area, and the options to manually adjust it are greyed out in the monitors settings menu. Don’t know why. ‍:/
